About the role
Job Summary
To execute continuous improvement activities, work on root cause analysis, and provide technical assistance to resolve customer issues. Need to work on Jira, Confluence Support tasks. Good Jira Admin+ Dev skills will be needed to work on L2, L3 tickets.
Key Responsibilities

To troubleshoot and resolve critical and complex tickets.

To create the root cause analysis for critical issues/faults (hands on working).

To implement any necessary preventive measures to reduce future defects.

To provide technical assistance to the team members in resolving customer issues.
