Responsibilities:
- Analysis and Review:
Conduct thorough analysis of data and user-generated content related to either Trust & Safety or Google Maps, depending on the specific team assignment.

Identify and escalate policy violations, inaccuracies, or potential risks according to established guidelines.

Utilize internal tools and systems to review and process large volumes of data efficiently.

Process Improvement:
Contribute to the development and improvement of operational processes and workflows.

Identify trends and patterns in data to recommend solutions for enhancing efficiency and accuracy.

Participate in quality assurance initiatives to maintain high standards of service delivery.

Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and policy specialists.

Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes and procedures.

Google Environment Expertise:
Demonstrate a strong understanding of Google's work environment and internal tools.

Qualifications:
- Experience:
5 years of professional experience in hands-on with Trust & Safety, Policy Enforcement or Spam Prevention / Content Moderation. Or Google Maps Abuse prevention.

Proven experience working within a Google work environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the test planning phase, including defining the testing scope, objectives, and strategies.

Conduct testing activities on android and software applications to identify defects and ensure functionality.

Develop test cases, scenarios, and scripts for different testing phases such as functional, regression, and performance testing.
-
Coordinate with the development team to address and resolve issues identified during testing.

Create test reports and communicate with stakeholders on the progress and outcomes of testing.
-
Implement and continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
Skill Requirements
