Senior Tester

Job Summary

To test software code as per work allocated within the quality standards prescribed so as to meet the client requirements.

Hands on experience in FE modeling, assembly and Knowledge on full vehicle integration using tools like ANSA. Solver as Nastran, Abaqus.
-Perform CAD study/clarify queries and document the same.

• Experience in sheet metal, plastics, IP console, Chassis etc.,
• Knowledge on Full Vehicle Model Integration, load case set-up for durability load cases.
• Perform connections within sub-systems and assembly level, spot-weld creation, validating/debugging welds, contact and TH definition .
• Good in basic model check and debug the model with basic Integrity checks (Nastran/Abaqus).

Key Responsibilities

1. To create & review the Test Cases from the Functional Specifications / Software Requirement Specification document.

2. To test the Functionality as per the Test plan and respective Test Cases..

3. To contributes while test plans are developed as per the work assigned.

4. To track test coverage, defect density, other relevant metrics, and publish progress reports.

5. To coordinate with team (for discussions) and interact with client (for updates).
