Job Summary
The Senior Technical Lead in Share Point framework and Share Point is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects related to Share Point implementation projects. They will be tasked with leading a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code delivery, and providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Skill Requirements

Proficiency in sharepoint framework including sharepoint online and sharepoint server.

Strong experience in developing custom sharepoint solutions using sharepoint framework (spfx) and sharepoint designer.

In-depth understanding of sharepoint architecture, web parts, site collections, and content types.

Ability to troubleshoot and debug sharepoint applications for optimal performance.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders effectively.

Share Point Business Analyst (Workflows, Info Path, SP2019 → Cloud Modernization)
Summary:
· Leads discovery and analysis of legacy workflows (Share Point Designer, Share Point 2019.) and Info Path forms.
· Partners with business units to define future-state processes in M365.
· Produces requirements, process maps, and backlog items for modernization.
· Recommends replacements using Power Automate, Power Apps, and modern lists/libraries.
· Supports migration readiness by identifying workflow-dependent content and risks.
· Aligns solutions to governance, compliance, and security policies.
· Coordinates UAT, training, and adoption for new flows/forms.
· Works closely with migration PM/architect to sequence remediation and cutovers.
Role Overview:
The Share Point Business Analyst drives process modernization as part of a Share Point 2019 to Share Point Online migration program. This role focuses on identifying and replacing legacy workflows and forms (such as Info Path and Share Point Designer workflows), ensuring business continuity and improved user experience in the cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
· Discover and document:
o Info Path forms usage, data connections, dependencies
o Share Point Designer workflows (2010/2013), custom workflow solutions, and approval processes
o Business-critical processes tied to Share Point content
· Conduct stakeholder workshops and capture:
o As-is process maps
o Pain points and constraints
o To-be requirements and acceptance criteria
· Develop modernization recommendations:
o Power Automate flow design patterns
o Power Apps forms or list custom forms
o Alternative solutions for complex cases (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, custom apps)
· Create a prioritized remediation backlog with effort sizing and sequencing aligned to migration waves.
· Support test strategy and UAT:
o Test scripts
o Validation of process outcomes post-migration
· Ensure all designs align with:
o Security and access requirements
o Retention/records policies
o Auditability and compliance needs
· Partner with technical teams to translate requirements into build-ready user stories.
Qualifications:
· 5+ years as a Business Analyst supporting Share Point and workflow and form modernization.
· Strong understanding of Share Point 2019 capabilities and limitations vs. Share Point Online.
· Hands-on knowledge of Info Path and workflow patterns; Power Automate and Power Apps experience preferred.
· Strong facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
· Familiarity with Power Platform governance (CoE, environment strategy, DLP policies)
· Experience with migration programs and wave-based cutovers
· Basic technical literacy with Share Gate or Quest reporting outputs to interpret risk
Success Measures
· Reduced business disruption by eliminating workflow/form blockers before cutover.
· Measurable process improvements (cycle time, fewer manual steps).
· High user satisfaction; lower defect rate post go-live.
