Job Summary
The Senior Technical Lead in Share Point framework and Share Point is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects related to Share Point implementation projects. They will be tasked with leading a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code delivery, and providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Skill Requirements

Proficiency in sharepoint framework including sharepoint online and sharepoint server.

Strong experience in developing custom sharepoint solutions using sharepoint framework (spfx) and sharepoint designer.

In-depth understanding of sharepoint architecture, web parts, site collections, and content types.

Ability to troubleshoot and debug sharepoint applications for optimal performance.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders effectively.

Strong leadership skills to lead a team of developers and drive project success.

Other Requirements
JD: Summary Owns the end-to-end Share Point migration delivery plan using Share Gate or Quest. Manages scope, schedule, resourcing, RAID, and dependencies across business units. Executes wave planning, cutover schedules, stakeholder comms, and readiness checkpoints using JIRA sprint using Agile and Scrum methodologies. Coordinates business validation, hypercare, and transition to operations. Drives governance outcomes (ownership, permissions cleanup, content rationalization). Tracks progress with dashboards and exec-level reporting. Manages vendors and partners (SOWs, milestones, acceptance criteria). Ensures migration aligns with compliance, security, and retention requirements. Role Overview The Share Point Migration Project Manager leads enterprise migration initiatives from Share Point 2019 (and earlier) to Share Point Online, leveraging Share Gate as the primary migration platform. This role orchestrates delivery across IT and business stakeholders, ensuring predictable migration waves, effective change management, and minimal disruption to operations. Will work in an Agile methodology using Scrum in JIRA.
