Key Responsibilities

Oversee regional talent management processes using HRIS platforms to support succession planning, development, and performance management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations by managing audits and documentation through digital HR systems.

Advise business leaders on workforce planning strategies by leveraging data-driven insights from HR dashboards and reporting tools.

Drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery by implementing process enhancements in collaboration with regional HR team members.

Facilitate resolution of complex employee relations issues using advanced conflict management frameworks and HR case management software.
