
Lead Agile Business Analyst
About the role
Job Summary
The Lead Business Analyst will play a key role in business analysis and agile methodology at HCL. They will be responsible for driving and managing business analysis tasks, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the agile framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage business analysis activities within the organization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Develop detailed project documentation including user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with the development team to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the project team
- Conduct workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather requirements and provide project updates
- Utilize agile methodologies to support project delivery and ensure alignment with business goals
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices in business analysis

Manage end to end campaign execution across IVR, SMS, outbound calling, and agent supported channels.

Coordinate cross functional readiness with IT, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Operations, and vendors.

Ensure regulatory and compliance approval for scripts, messaging, consent, and outreach rules.

Oversee campaign data readiness and curation in Databricks, ensuring clean, accurate, and timely datasets for execution.

Partner with analytics and engineering teams to validate data logic, segmentation, and audience selection.

Monitor live campaign performance and adjust pacing, attempts, or channels as needed.

Track and report KPIs (reach, response rates, completion, conversion) using campaign and Databricks datasets.

Identify and mitigate risks or issues, escalating blockers with clear recommendations.
Communicate campaign status and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership, including post campaign summaries.
Skill Requirements
- Strong understanding of business analysis principles and practices
- Proficiency in agile methodology and experience working in agile environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast paced environment
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects through effective business analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Certification in business analysis or agile methodology is a plus
