Lead Business Analyst

Job Summary

Required Skills:

• Pega BPM & Case Management

• API’s – Basic Data Validation, API Gateways Service mesh Technologies, Enterprise integration patterns.

• SQL- Understanding of SQL Queries.

• Wire framing is necessary. ( Should be able to design UML diagrams)

• Requirement Gathering and Prioritization and Elicitation.

• Knowledge on Business rules and regulatory requirements.

• Experience working with Azure Dev Ops, JIRA, Confluence, Service Now.

• Adept SQL and Database Concepts must have skills.

Security and Compliance:

• Collaborate with Security teams to address vulnerabilities and enforce compliance requirements.

• Adhere to Data Protection Protocols to HIPAA.

Must Have Skills:

• Platform Orchestration- Using Azure Dev Ops, Jira and Confluence.

• Agile Coordination- Managing product backlog and user story

Advanced Data Reporting- Utilize advanced SQL and Stored Procedure

Key Responsibilities

1. To conduct in-depth analysis to understand client needs, challenges, and opportunities, translating them into clear and concise functional specifications.

2. To analyze available options, considering feasibility, cost, and alignment with business requirements and suggest solutions.

3. To participate and facilitate the walkthrough’ to brief the functional specification mapping to business requirements.

4. To prepare and / or aid the preparation of test cases in line with functional requirements

5. Tackle complex business problems and develop innovative solutions.
