About the role
Job Summary
This role is accountable for overseeing project delivery by translating client requirements into actionable plans, guiding teams in implementing solutions within defined SLAs, and ensuring operational and financial objectives are met. The individual will drive operational excellence, manage budgets, and build strong client relationships to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee project operations using project management tools such as MS Project or JIRA, ensuring all milestones are tracked, risks are mitigated, and deliverables meet client requirements and SLAs.

Manage project budgets and financials leveraging tools like SAP or Oracle Financials, monitoring expenditures, forecasting costs, and ensuring alignment with organizational financial objectives.

Guide teams in adopting best practices in operations management, facilitating knowledge sharing sessions and supporting continuous skill development within the team.

Foster effective client engagement by conducting regular status reviews, utilizing CRM platforms such as Salesforce to maintain account health and proactively address client concerns.

Support business development by preparing project proposals, cost estimates, and operational plans using project management methodologies and financial planning tools.

Demonstrate expert understanding of industry trends and solution offerings, advising teams on operational improvements and financial strategies to maximize project value.
Skill Requirements

Expert Proficiency In Project Management Methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) And Tools (Ms Project, Jira).

Excellent Skills In Operations Management, Including Resource Allocation And Process Optimization.

Advanced Expertise In Budget Planning, Financial Forecasting, And Cost Control Using Financial Management Systems (Sap, Oracle Financials).

Strong Client Relationship Management Using Crm Platforms (Salesforce Or Equivalent).

Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Stakeholder Management Abilities.

Advanced Proficiency In Preparing Proposals, Financial Reports, And Operational Plans.
Other Requirements

Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is highly recommended.

Certification in Financial Management or Operations Management (e.g., Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)) is valuable.
