Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 13:30-22:00 (1:30pm-10pm)

✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Provide logistics & systems expertise: you'll have a strong Order Management System (OMS) knowledge; and be able to use Microsoft Suite and Red Prairie; to smoothly run an inbound operation.
  • Demonstrate leadership & people skills**:** you'll have a proven ability to lead, support, coach, and develop teams; and be a genuine people person who listens, communicates clearly, acts fairly, and remains firm when needed.
  • Be committed & direct: you'll be capable of running an area without intervention, hitting the ground running, taking full ownership of the operation and staff, and driving performance confidently.

✅ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  • Have practical experience in a First Line Manager role or similar operating in automotive, retail, e-commerce or similar paced industries.
  • Must be able to demonstrate leadership ability i.e. front line team leadership, coaching and development, regular 1-2-1's and similar activities.
  • Showcase interpersonal skills i.e. collaboration across functions and with customers.
  • Practical use of Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
