Finance Process and Data Lead

Sales Finance plays a critical role in producing financial statements, providing forecasts, and delivering commercial insights to our sales organisation. The PART (Process, Analytics, Reporting and Technology) team builds and maintains the infrastructure that enables finance analysts to operate at peak performance.

We are seeking someone to govern core data and drive process and automation change within our finance organisation. This role is split into two main functions: first, managing a team of independent and highly tenured data operations analysts to govern and administer the capture of critical reseller sales and inventory data; and second, driving reporting, process and automation as a support function for a larger Sales Finance team.

An ideal applicant would be first and foremost a finance professional who has built their technical skills. You must natively speak the language of finance, fundamentally understand financial modelling and forecasting, and grasp the business "why" behind the numbers. You must possess strong data and system architecture skills, be energised by driving system migrations, champion automation, and support teams across multiple geographies.
