Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple’s largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. The Agentic Experience Specialist will play a key role in driving Apple Store Online’s most innovative expansion opportunities as we re-imagine our platform strategy and ensure we meet customers across new AI-powered touchpoints. In this exciting future-oriented role you will help ASO ideate, launch, and manage premium Only at Apple experiences that leverage natively integrated, deeply personalized, and multi-modal capabilities. This analyst will oversee ongoing performance and behavioral analysis for new generative, on-device experiences and their growth, uncovering commercial and customer insights and leading operational and executive storytelling. You will represent customer and business points of view in diverse-cross functional forums as you prioritize and drive tangible experience optimizations.
